Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

PDFPilot operates entirely offline on your device. The app:

• Does NOT require an internet connection
• Does NOT collect personal information
• Does NOT track your usage or behavior
• Does NOT use analytics or advertising SDKs
• Does NOT access files without your explicit selection

File Access

PDFPilot only accesses files that you explicitly select through Android's system file picker. We do not:

• Scan your device for files
• Access files in the background
• Upload files to any server

All file processing (reading, merging, compressing, converting) happens locally on your device.

Local Storage

The app stores minimal data locally on your device:

• Recent Files List: A list of recently accessed file names for your convenience. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time.

Third-Party Libraries

PDFPilot uses the following open-source libraries for PDF processing:

• Apache PDFBox (Apache 2.0 License)
• Apache POI (Apache 2.0 License)

These libraries process files locally and do not transmit data externally.

Children's Privacy

PDFPilot does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
